Symposium Poster FAQ

Q. What if there is more than one (1) author of the Poster?

A. The application is for the PRIMARY author/applicant.  Any other corresponding authors or team members can be added through a follow-up form which will be sent to the PRIMARY author/applicant following the completion of the Poster application.

 Q. What if I can't attend the Poster Session on Friday, May 11, 2018?  Can I still get credit for developing and presenting the submitted Poster?

A. Yes.  Your recorded brief audio abstract (which is part of your Poster) will be available to attendees of the Symposium.

Q. Can I submit a previsouly published/presented Poster?

A. Yes, as long as the research was conducted after January 1, 2014.

Q. Does the research have to been conducted here at Natividad Medical Center?

A. No.

Q.  If I wrote an article, can it be made into a poster?

A. Yes, as long as it meets all of the Symposium Poster criteria.

Q.  How will my Poster be produced?

A.  Your Poster content will be inserted into our Symposium Poster PowerPoint Template.  This can be done by you or our CME Office.  The actual Poster will then be created and produced by our CME Office.  All you have to do is provide the content.
